Furniture Made with coiled wire and resin
before photo gallery nito studio based in Germany created the Bobina series chairs and coffee tables which are made using a combination of resin and son. They developed a process which results in textiles become three-dimensional structures that are durable enough for use whilst retaining its textile feel.
Bobina begins by winding the wire-reinforced resin around a mold to form the curved surfaces. The woven pattern becomes more stable with additional layers which may be made by using different colors.
