Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects have teamed up with interior design firm Antoni Associates on Sprecher House in Hangklip, South Africa. The house is located in the nature reserve Private Sea Farm, so that the owners wanted a small pension contemporary maintenance weekend away from their busy lives in Cape Town. The natural colors and materials were used in the design, which makes the use of large verandas and large windows that allow natural light. The interiors are very stylish, modern, relaxing and with beautiful rustic touches. living areas are north-south to take maximum advantage of views of Hangklip Mountain, while protecting the Cape Coastal extreme climate.
