This great post-modern house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is located in the Hollywood hills, off Mulholland Dr. the design uses surprisingly impressive views of the city around. It also uses a lot of "green" technologies such as the use of recycled glass, recycled marble, cork flooring and so on. The entrance to the main floor is a private gated courtyard. The great room consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The main feature here is a floating fireplace that could be turned completely. The kitchen is equipped with all devices that may be needed to cook a perfect meal. There is even the B-B-Q on deck that runs the length of the hall and separate enclosed office with built in desk and cabinets. The lower level has a media room complete with a jacuzzi. There is a sound system wired throughout the house central and outdoor terraces. One office also has another Jacuzzi to relax on fresh air
