Casa Capece Venanzi is a suburban house near on the Adriatic coast area between the plain and a hill. It is sandwiched between the urban fabric of two levels detached houses and hill covered with untouched vegetation. Instead of looking toward the town house facing the hill to capture completely green views. In addition to two levels above the ground, there is the basement completely dug in the ground. patio acts as a central element of the house connecting level of the living spaces of the soil, roof garden area and underground space. Living areas include the usual facilities such as bathroom, office, sauna and so on. The architecture and materials used provide the house with a modern style without using classic minimalist ideas. The work of Giovanni Vaccarini is excellent example of modern and comfortable house design.
