With LEED Certified sustainability at the top of their list, some sets the bar to their new home in Los Angeles. Home by Fleetwood Fernandez Architects embraces its surroundings. A landscape of native grasses designed by GSLA complete studio raw texture of the concrete facade. The house was designed as a long linear structure to meet the demand of the residents that visitors always feel connected to the whole site. With the glass walls of the house pulled open, the terrace becomes an extension of the dining room. A trio of Panton chairs surround a fireplace must choose invited to gather outside. In the lounge, guests gather on a couch and matching ebony meridian of Hudson and a pair of Jorge Zalszupin chairs. The hickory cabinets and bronze is a custom design.
