The restoration of this historic farm in the Elizabethan period was made 04-05. As the owner claims the renovation of buildings of this age is never easy but the results are extremely gratifying. The building has become a modern living space, suitable for the 21st century.
Park Farm was suffering from a potentially fatal case of decay, because of decaying wood and other things related to his age. Some of these fault timber were removed, and replaced some few joints have also been added and redone. The interiors have been updated to the most contemporary wood materials.
