How many of you have ever searched in your refrigerator to find an old plastic bag or brown puree tomatoes, salad liquefied? it is the worst, right? not only your expensive groceries "out of sight, out of mind", leading to its disappearance highly viscous, but it probably was not in the most optimal environment to start, as most refrigerators are too cold, too wet or too dry to efficiently store vegetables.

as part of its Master's program in industrial design at the Design Center Ingvar Kamprad in Lund, Sweden, Agnes Sjöberg has developed a storage system called Grönt to solve these kitchen inconvenience and help keep your products fresh view.

Since different plants grow in different conditions, it is logical that the same methodology should be applied after the plants have been cut. There are a few ways that vegetables can be preserved: submerged under water, contained in an airtight container, or standing in water (like a cut flower). Changing the water every two or three days, you can extend the life of your product even further.

The idea is that seeing your vegetables on your kitchen counter will remind you to use them, while giving them the best conditions to live in.
