This bright eclectic residence was designed by Chris Nguyen Analog | Dialog and is located in Houston, Texas. This 72 year old apartment was dusty space once, but the designer has screened second hand stores, Craigslist, eBay, auctions and countless real estate sales to find every piece of furniture and works of art on a pretty strict budget. Rooms have been restored, used for a while, and then sold or exchanged for something more appropriate. The apartment is furnished as a typical 1940s low cost - a disproportionately large living room and two tiny rooms. The interiors are a little mid-century modern, modern, with touches of many other styles, and original artwork add a little charm and a special touch to the house.
