This luxury residence is located in Cape Town, South Africa, signal on the Hill slopes. It is called SAOTA Residence and is created by Antoni Associates. The owners wanted to see an absolutely modern and cool residence of the 21st century. Thus, the residence features a pool terrace, two additional bedrooms for their children, a fitness room and a home theater, an open living room and dining room where a bar is also located, with a custom-designed for humidor a vast collection of cigars.
